CD Changer help

Where do I find the plug I can use to hook up a CD changer on my 1.4SX (1996)

The car manual states the car comes wired by default and it should be there under left side boot trim....I pulled it back though and couldnt see much?

any ideas

i'm not sure whether this is true but ive heard that al ot of them have been taken out. with them being a bit expensive to buy new - peeps at garages take them out so my Q is...

did you buy it brand new or?

JUST FOUND MY WIRE FOR THE CHANGER ON A 96 R TRY LOOKING ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE BOOT NEAR THE SPEAKER YOU MAY NEED TO PULL DOWN THE TRIM AND THE WIRE IS WRAPPED IN A GREY FOAM LIKE STUFF HOP YOU FIND IT

If you dont have any luck KL then try the link at the top of the main forum page for the MCD46 thingy. It will work with your headunit and it's a pretty good price.
