CC Front and rear bump strips

Hi there, i have a mk2 punto, it already has CC'd front and rear bumpers, but is it possible for somebody to tell me how to CC the bump strips on the front and rear? I want to do this as it looks a bit more smoother!

Look for the Tutorial for the CC'd wing mirrors, its pretty much the same technique to do anything. Just mask around the strips making sure no bumper is shown, and cover a large area then rub down with about 600 grit wet'n'dry, give 3 coats of primer, giving time for the paint to dry between each coat, Then 3 coats of paint, giving time to dry between coats and then 3 coats of laquer, again, giving time to dry. Make sure that its NOT going to rain whilst you do this otherwise its bcak to the plastic and try again.

Thanks a lot mate... wpould it be easyer if i take the bump strips off?

not sure how they come off, but if you can get them off in one piece, it will be easier.
