Can anyone please tell me what i would need to make one of these.

*Do you need a power converter thing or a special psu?

*What internals do you need and what can you do without? (Really only want it to store and play mp3's and play DVD's)

*Does the screen you use have to be touch sensitive?

Just thinkin that it could be a nice little project to get on with....

You dont need a special PSU, some peeps use an opus which converts tour car power to the power a mobo needs bu thesea re expensive.
Basic system is basically;
case + psu
MoBo-pick one with everythin onboard (Micro atx)
Ram- 256 is enough
Cd drive (not completely ness)
HDD
You dont need a touchscreen but it will make life so much easier
Inverter (cheapest option)
If youd like the comp to survive a crank a second batt in the boot usually allows this.
could be a cheap project if u have bits lyin around
