What is the point leaving at 12 if steve wants people to get there for 12? Wait till what he says and confirm his plan.

I don't mind getting up at 7am - in fact, pending Steves plans I might head down to Glasgow straight after work on the Friday. AT the mo, I'm only trying to find out a rough idea of times so I can start planning ahead. Can't get the Friday or Monday off work (day job) as my boss is already off.
No point changing someone elses plans mate. Leaving at 12 noon wouldnt give us much time on the Saturday anyway!

well biggest thing here is day light. and their not being much of it. its dark at about 4:30pm here so gettting here at 2-3 isnt ideal... their would be no point doing anything but going having some beers on the sat...
if people arrived at 12 noon it gives us a good 4 hours to have a nice drive/pics and mabee a meal somewhere...
but again i realise that people need to get up early for that option so here is a vote..
1. arrive carlisle at 12noon for a good saturday drive and pub tea.
2. arrive carlisle 2-3pm for a drive to my house before its dark and a nive buffet in and some beers.
3. arrive 2-3pm and go for a drive.. (in the dark:S pointless and dangerous) and pub lunches will be closed.
tbh as looking above i think getting here for 12 noon is the best idea.... that will be leaving glasgow at about 9:45am. obviously martyn ect i dont know what your time scales will be or if you even go near glasgow...

With the exception of St Andrew's & maybee Perth, 10's the largest number of FS folk attending a meet I have been to.
The old meets in Glasgow were nromally:
Me, Ming, Daryn, Adelle & Jaime.
Although David did come along to one of the Galsgow Quay meets, in Rally Cinq.
one of the biggest turn outs to be expected and its not in scotland lol
