Technical car wont start

hi all any help
stopped car last night after a quick run
came this morning and when turn key lights dimmed n just a clicking under bonnet (not from starter )but from a little black switch type box .
thought battery so charged it up still no joy just clicking in this box when ignition gets to lights all on phase not start up.
could it be immobiliser or does it need bump starting?
any help
or is the switch thing just capput

the clicking could be the starter relay.

is it the keypad type immob? if so, does the light go green to say its off?

Check the earths, run a jump lead from the engine to the -ve on the battery. Or try and run a feed to the starter to make it turn, and see if the engine fires.

i wondered if bump starting would work?

took off all earth leads n refitted no joy
put jump lead on engine where it meets starter n - on battery woop off she goes how strange is that
and when took off starts every time cheer once again fiat forum and all the brains here
