Rescued a 75 Spider form a barn and refreshed somewhat recently.
Car was running great until yesterday when i was accelerating thought the gears and the car coughed hard and then lost power.
I limped the car home having to litterally restart about every 15-20 seconds before losing power.
Previous owner had installed a electric fuel pump in the trunk by the gas tank, it whils and send gas into the new filter when the car i sturned over and when the key is in on position.
Car starts runs 15-20 seconds and cuts off.
Gas seems to be returning back out of the filter and into the supply line.
Any suggestions?
Fuel pump bad?
Vacum?
