Technical Car juddering/jumping.

Hello!

My car is juddering when I am driving. Both when I accelrate in 3rd gear and on normal driving on the road (ex 4th gear 2000 rpm no accelrating.) Does someone know what this can be? I really appreciate answers. My car is a Fiat Tempra 1.6 i.e SX 1996.

Hello, my car does that too from a while ago, Tempra SX 1.6 ie 1995, at 2000 rpm in 3rd or 4th gear with no acceleration. Not all the time but pretty frequent. And now it began to start difficult in the morning ..i wrote yesterday a thread about it. Good luck to find the problem and please if you do write the solution on the forum, please. Tomorrow i`ll go to service with mine and if i solve the problem i`ll let you know. Thanks and Good Luck !

I "solved" the problem with mine. 2 weeks ago my timing belt broke and the result was 3 bent exhaust valves. The timing belt had only 10.000 km (1 year old). Changed the valves, gaskets, screws, sparks and put on a new timing belt from ContiTech now, the old one was from Gates and i think it had round teeth. Check your timing belt, check the sign at the crankshaft and camshaft to make sure that it did not slipped. My car is starting well now, but its juddering at idle. Good Luck !

P.S. i was at service in october, but no one knew what is wrong.
