Hi I have a 2005 1.2 8v with no management lights on or anything.

Starts fine, not too bad on motorway, no smoke, but sounds very rough when its idling (goes between 400 and 1200 rpm and sounds like its going to cut out).

I bought multiecuscan and it comes up with P1325 Knock Sensor.

Do you think it is just the knock sensor or something else ?

Idle is probably a sticky Idle Air Control (lots of posts). Basically, clean the outside of the throttle body on the car (carb cleaner is good), pull it off, clean the inside. It may be possible -- with the help of a wiring diagram -- to open and close the IAC by applying 12v to the right terminals, which should help free it.

Once the idle is OK, clear the code for the Knock Sensor and see if it returns.

knock sensors codes are usually a symptom rather than cause
i found this out many years ago having shelled out for a new one only for error to stay
a smoke test on inlet side would help and or of course a vacuum test connected up

the other thing I forgot to mention and may be relevant.

is if I put key in car, before I start it...I clear the code and it comes straight back, telling me the error is still present

A few months ago my idle used to bounce between 500 rpm to just over 1000rpm, would do it constantly at idle but was fine when driving.

Took battery off for an hour and put it back on to reset ecu, let it idle for 20 mins or so to let it re learn and it now idles perfect, sits perfectly still just above 700rpm.

Could be worth a try
