Looking for some help with any Info please, so my fiat when you start up has to be driven forward then back a bit then the car beeps, the hill start on the dash says in active the esp in active then the small button on the dash lights up and cannot be switched off, (DSP or something like that) then the car drives fine, if it does not beep the car will only do about 20 mph max with no revs or anything ( like bad limp mode). It did not bother me at all as it only done it at the start for me, but tonight my daughter got a puncture on the m77 and I had to go and change the wheel. Bloody thing would not beep and I had to travel about 1 mile down the hard shoulder before it beeped then I could come out of the lane. I have replaced the small switch twice under the dash at the passenger side, so it's not that.

Could be a number of things, earthstrap, battery, ABS sensor.
Best option would be to find someone who can read the codes from the car. Without the codes it's just guessing.

You need to get the error codes read to have any chance of understanding whats happening!
For the car to be in limp mode, it must suspect engine damage possible or other serious issue, you need the codes read using the correct software
