Howdy,
Definitely worth getting, my car was saved 3 times by one of the cheapest on the market! Twice when drunks were rocking the car (which undoubtedly would have led to more destruction) and once when someone reversed into my car while parking...caught the buggers trying to disappear into their house before they were spotted and got £10 off them to replace the glass they smashed :devil:
I have seen this fitted to a friends car and it includes central locking as you want. It is quite clever, does all the locking when you drive off and unlocking when you stop; I think it works off the brake light power. Flashes lights etc. Erm motion sensor works too The instructions are terrible chinese translation though but it can be worked out with some careful thinking as the wiring diagram explains most of it.

I'd say it's worth mentioning any alarm on any insurance policy; I always do, and there is usually an option on comparison sites for "other" in the alarm type section or non factory etc.
One point to add I didn't mention is the kits don't come with the actual door lock actuators etc only the electronics to activate them so you will have to source a central locking kit. My friend had a Ford Capri but not sure if there is an aftermarket kit for Pandas. I think though the newer classic type pandas made up to 2003 in italy for example had central locking so maybe italy ebay? :devil:

I've got a Toad Ai606 on my Capri. Got outputs & modes for all sorts of things including central locking. It's a bit pricey compared to some but comes with really clear instructions and a normal cost help line. 
Should be possible, but I have no experience with that sorry. I think they are often vacuum powered so if you can find the pump that powers them then the car alarm can actuate it. Or maybe a similar rule if the actuators are an electrical solenoid type; you would just need to find the relay for the central locking.
EDIT: thinking about it the switch might be at the lock on the door anyway so the wire from the alarm control unit could probably be connected to that by running a wire to the car door as you would with a door speaker wire.
