cant get it started

recently took my bravo hgt r reg to the garage for an mot and service but they have managed to bugger it up. every time i've tried to start it, it turns but nothing seems to happen. when i put my foot on the accelorator pedal it the engine sounds hollow. any ideas

have they checked if there is a spark?? fuel cut off switch (under the passenger seat?) if theres no spark it could be the cam sensor? what type of service have they done??

typical,thats always the case..In the past with some cars ive had,when i used to take my car to a garage,id get it back and it'd run like s**t,or just not start..Obviously tried havin it out with the garage,but there response was 'was workin when it left us mate'
Dont think ive ever took my car to a garage since (this was few years ago now lol)

it was a full service. it left the garage on tow rope lol. will try the fuel cut off switch also thinking of taking off the fuel lie and seeing if can draw fuel out.
