General cant find a boot lock anywhere for fiat 500L trekking 2014. anyone? boot light won't come on, think its micro switch in lock?

Lots of parts issues with fiat since Covid, but a quick search on Ebay for "fiat 500L boot catch" brought up many options either used or new parts.

a used part is definitely preferable to getting things working again than waiting a long time for companies to get new parts back in stock. If it works then all is well.

thank you very much, ive taken it out, cleared it all, working now, but boot light not working, its contactvin the catch broke but at least it locks and opens now, so far?.
