General Canopy / bed liner for Fiorino Pickup

Anybody have a canopy top for the Fiorino pickup for sale or can anyone advise where to buy one as I have been looking all over the internet with no luck... I would love one like the attached picture! Also are bed-liners available for this truck too?

Much easier to find and les expensive for sure...!!
