Tuning Can you replace the 8v head with the 16v head?

Hiya, I have a 2007 fiat bravo 1.9 mjet. 77k

I’ve had a remap done and it sill feels like it’s holding back!

After doing a lot of digging I can’t seem to find anything on this subject!

Can you replace the 8v head with the 16v head? Or would it have to be a full engine swap?

What other upgrades have people done wether or be performance or cosmetic! I’d really love some ideas!

Never mind, it seems sealing the block isn’t possible as the pistons on the 16v are 1mm longer. But I’d still love to know what people have done to their bravos
