I will say yes but i'm not sure what your putting these tyres on? If your fitting them on Fiat Bravo HLX/HGT/Formula/Trofeo alloys then yes.

Depends how thick my socks are! 
No seriously, do you mean wheels that will take those size tyres and not rub etc.? If so, HGT runs 195/55/R15's as standard but can run 205's.

Theres some cheap nice alloys advertised as 12 spoke 195/50/R15.
So i take it they should.
