Noticed that the 4 main jacking points (sills) whatever there call they are mushed and rusted to the car can this be a fail on the MOT? how much to replace? you can see through the car or out nothing like that

A dented sill will fail the MOT and it can't be patched - the whole length has to be replaced.

not true mine are dented all along from front to back and fron is twisted (lowering springs and kerbs dont go lol) and got a bit of rusty on it, and i passed mot fine all they did was hit it with a hammer and it was solid all way down so was fine.

where i work same thing we do check sills in same way and fail same, Btw no i didnt get my mot doen from work, got it done from a different garage cos i wanted it done without bein bais

You got lucky. I had a BL Mini 1000 fail on a dented sill. They said it was a weak point and made the car unsafe. That was back in the early 1980s. Today, we can expect safety issues to be even more heavily policed.
