General Can i open the boot while sat in my car?

i cant find no nob or anything in my car to open my boot....do i have to use my keys or remote locking to open it each it. its a 1.6 dymanic

I have a nob in mine to open the boot; it's me. But I do have to get out and do it myself.

It does unlock it if you sit in the car and push the button although in my experience its locked again by the time you can get back to the boot to open it

What's wrong with using the lock/unlock all doors button (by window controls) ?

More to the point, isn't the boot normally unlocked anyway when you're sitting in the driver's seat

There's always somebody who's got to be different

That setup would work well with the spring loaded boot thread

Well i dont want some random person walking up and opening my boot if im in traffic.............admitidly theres nothing in my boot (apart from a sub), but its the principle!

Well **** me. If I had known that 18 months ago perhaps I wouldn't be going in hospital next week for an operation on a compressed spine. The times I've give it a yank and got nowhere!

Same here, independent trunk locking, as found in the car setup menu.

that was part of the selling points on the car, the My car setup, everyones stilo is different!
