Can anyone photoshop good?

Please, if anyone can do great photoshop, I cant as Im an idiot... but I want to see what this looks like in Fiat Sprint Blue, like the Coupes not the newer blue they did after 2003 ish.
Id be very grateful if someone could help...

hmm struggled to get a decent colour of the black paint job but i can easily change it.
