I can see that it is bad connection in this. Its a ground spor behind the mainlight. A lot of earth wiring into it

C015 have no connections
My friend, you have not understood.

Earth point C015 is I believe, the one in your photo. It has many connections, and associated functions. From the previously attached drawing, starting at the left:- sidelights, dipped headlights, main beam headlights (same connection, but different diagram), direction indicators, front foglights, and several other items.

Earth point C040, is the main ECU earth point, but the main chassis earth point (flag terminal), near the RHS engine mounting, is also in the circuit back to the battery.

I have now changed the parts that showed at the fault codes. The car is almost starting now. But I got a fault code that I haven't seen before. Diesel heater.. The one on the diesel filter. There is No power on the wires there. Do you know where the fuse are for this? The pic is from before i deleted the fault codes

The diesel heater is supplied via fuse F20 in Engine Bay Fusebox. Drawings show 25A (white, or clear), but Fiat do not seem to use this fuse rating. Mine has a 30A (green) fuse fitted. As the heater is controlled from the ECU via relay T19, it is more probable that corroded contacts at the relay.fusebox are the cause of the problem. The heater is only used when fuel temperature is below 6 Centigrade. If the heater relay is not included in ECU initial self checks, then probably your are experiencing temperatures below 6C. You will know better than me. It could explain why the code has just been seen.

All fuses ok. Changed all relays. The fusebox looks fine. No corroded contacts. The temperature is 15-16°. No fault codes now but still the same problem. I wonder if it could be the starter. That it just isn't fast enough. A friend of mine had that problem. Changed it and then it was good to go again.
 
If you have had an ongoing starting issue for some time, there is every chance that the starter will have taken a hammering.
Basically I would just tell by listening to the starter spinning over and know from that, another clue is if it gets hot after only turning the engine for a short while.
Incidentally when trying to start any engine with starting problems if it doesn't start within a few turns then rest it for a few minutes before trying again and it will put less strain on the starter. If you have a good clamp on ammeter you can see if starter is worn/knackered as it will take a lot more amperage to turn over and battery leads will get hot also.
Same starting issue can damage a good battery also.

Today I changed the fusebox, the fuel pump in the tank and startmotor... This car refuse to start normaly.. I have no fault codes and changed parts for way to much money now.. 😭
 
Can Anyone tell me the principle of how this engine start sine it doesn't have glow plugs? Someone once said it was the flame starter, but I now know that this only helps in - 20°..the heater on the dieselfilter start helping below6°. So how on earth is this engine start??

Have you been able to read common rail fuel pressure on your diagnostic tool when trying to start the engine as I mentioned before?

Yes. It was perfeckly fine. Everything seems to be ok, but still not 🙈. I am thinking about to get a switch on the flamestarter to trick the engine to start now.. Ideas about that?

Yes the engine uses a flame or thermal starter, but this is only used at ambient temperatures below 0 Centigrade. Another alternative for cold starting is a heat flange, which I think was applied to vehicles intended for Scandanavia. Given your location it may be worth checking which you have.

The 2.8jtd is, as is common in modern engines, a direct injection compression ignition engine. This engine does not normally require cold starting assistance above 0 Centigrade.

The flame starter has a single glowplug and fuel control solenoid mounted on the inlet manifold, at the rear of the engine, while the heat flange is a 12V electric heater in a rectangular box, or bulge, at the manifold entrance.

Attached is a rear view of a 2.8jtd engine. If enlarged, the solenoid for the valve, and glow plug are visible, on top of the inlet manifold, towards the top LHS of the photo.

If you are getting good common rail fuel pressure (230-300Bar. ) and have good compression but not starting, then I would expect to see lots of white smoke/unburnt fuel smell from the exhaust.
In which case it should start with"Easy Start" spray, if it doesn't then it probably will not with any other form of "flamestarter " device.
If you are not getting the white smoke/unburnt diesel fuel smell at the exhaust then the fault lies some where else and no amount of cold start assistance will make engine run.
What diesel fuel pressure are you measuring in Bar. @ the Common Rail?
Below a certain pressure the ECU will not open the injectors to fire the engine.
Are you still getting the RPM sensor code, as if ECU cannot read the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) then it will not know to fire/open the injectors. The Rev counter in vehicle should be moving if CPS is working generally as a basic test.
