Camera advice

Hi im going to autosport international in january,i havent been before and i want to take loads of pictures.Trouble is i dont have a camera i have looked at a few and i really dont know what to look for.so wondered if you could help me find one

i ideally want to spend up to 60 quid,i know im not going to get a brilliant camera but ive seen 14 mp ones,but they were a ****ty brand so wanted to stay away

My daughter has a Fujifilm AX250, a quality brand, fully automatic, just point and click, 14 megapixels, takes great pics. £69 from Argos.

DON'T buy based on how many mega pixels it has.

Cheap cameras with massive MP ratings = **** picture quality. Mega Pixels does not equal better image quality.

The tiny sensors you get in a compact can't handle 14mp without giving generally **** quality images. Go for something with a better name rather than the cheapest with the highest MP rating.

i bought the one colin suggested anyway,as my sister has one and it can produce some good images
