General Calif. Fiat 1100 millicento

I am trying to decode vin of fiat 1100 millicento 4dr. Vin# 1030 514541. Trying to find out what year this fiat is???? Original calif black plate vehicle. Currently out of calif. dmv system. Also looking for exterior parts for this vehicle such as taillights, door moldings, etc. Possibly late 1950's or early 1960's vehicle???? Any help is greatly appreciated!!! thks ocdavid
