Bye Bye Seicento

Bye Bye Seicento

Well as most of you know I sold my Seicento Sporting recently. :(
Sold it on ebay at a low price & got more than I was asking for the car, £41 more to be precise. :D
Today (Thursday) was the day that the ebay buyer's parent's & brother came down from Arbroath to view & collect the Seicento.

Found out from the guy's father, that the guy who bought it is going to use it for spares to keep one of his Seicento Sporting Schumacher edition on the road.

So the father drove it to a laybay on the A77, then attached the Seicento to his A Frame.

It felt weird when I pulled on the drive after work & looked where the Seicento had been parked and is no longer. :(

So I'm happy that's it's gone & that it's not going to be costing me anymore, but sad as well, due to the fact that I loved driving it.
I was really supprised & pleased that it made it to Steve's, round the lake District, back to Ming's then back home, without failing at all. :D

Still I have the GP to enjoy. :D

always thuoght this would go as spares tbh with you just due to the shape of the body work.... would have cost more than the car for a propper re-spray and to remove them dents/scrapes.

still atleast its keeping another sei alive somewhere...

Aye, well rather than dismantling it, & having to pay to have the body removed, sold it as seen sort of thing.
Was ver honest in my blog about it, mentioned that it would need some work doing to it.
Guy's father looked at the MOT Advisory sheet & was quite happy that the work needing to be done, wasn't anything out of their depth's.

And as you said Steve, it's keeping another Sei going, so I'm happy about that.
:cray::cray::cray::cray: :( :bigcry::bigcry::bigcry::bigcry: :( sorry just evrytime I think about the Sei, it makes me quite tearfull.

So I have mentioned joining here & given him the address & told him that there are plenty of Cento Owners & peeps like Steve M & I who have previously owned Cento's... so he may or maynot join FS I'm hoping he does.
