Technical Buzzing from coils when ignition is on?

Hi. When the ignition is on, should the coils buzz? Never noticed on other cars.
Mk2 1.2 sporting

Coils should not be doing anything. Probably the fly by wire throttle valve motor. My one is very noisy. More of a whine with buzzy bits though.
