Buzzer for door open

Hi dear,
I would want to install a buzzer that sound when I have the open door or I've the lights ignited with the car off.
Someone has already tried us?

As I know all italian cars cant have the lights on when the key isnt in the ignition or turned counter clockwise after pushing the small buton on the lock.
What the buzzer is concerned just install it on/in the light on the roof in the car
