Technical Butt warmer

Brava´s buttwarmer seems to be broken and was wondering if anyone knows if fixing it requires replacing the whole seat or just the upholstery...?

Warm butts are for the old, the young guys like cool asses!

Should be able to just be the elelment, which is bonded to foam. I think it comes with the foam. Is the red light on the side of the seat comeing on if so it will be the element, if not check connections under seat for coming apart.
