Technical BUM (jumps up and down in a tantrum)

Yesterday, my insurance broker tells me that my car is to be repaired; authorised garage in Perth (30 miles away) confirms this, and tells me "yes, I can have a courtesy car; they'll bring one round for me today". You can probably guess the rest; I've just had a `phone call from the authorised garage telling me that they've 'just heard from the insurance company', and they are writing the car off. No courtesy car.......... The smilies don't exist to clearly express my feelings, especially as this morning I gave back the car I'd borrowed from a mate at the local garage.

Oh; my youngest daughter has her first professional hair styling apointment in Dundee, this evening at 5 pm..............
