Pinging all Fiat techs….
I’ve searched online and haven’t turned up anything. I just swapped out my right (passenger, USA) side BSM sensor as it wasn’t working. Driver side was fine but no joy with the passenger side. Anyhoo, I noticed the working sensor on the left was oriented with the black/label side facing outwards while the inoperative right side was mounted with the white side outwards. The car has had a pretty heavy impact on that corner in the past and if the rest of the repair is anything to go by I don’t have a whole lot of faith in the people who did it TBH. So it’s possible the sensor was mounted incorrectly after the repair.
Could someone please advise?
