bought a new t jet back in june last year was happy until a lady ran into it. The car needed a new wing bumper repair n paint which was trusted to this dealer to repair to a good standard (big mistake) they passed the work to apainter in longport cowboy wish id of canned it might of looked better. The finish has runs silicone reaction to wing ruff badly painted bumper and more,23 defects in total as per engineer report dealer still doesnt agree with it having had 5 goes to rectify.mr marson has washed his hands of it nice person. I have since had quotes way in excess of nearly 2 grand to rectify waiting for codes of practice to intervine or its court action im afraid.Oh n also forgot they tryed to cover up n justify there mistakes on the front drivers wing by interfearing with the passenger side it must mount to criminal damage or something just goes to show they can't be trusted.

your insurance company should be dealing with your complaint, you shouldnt have to do it your self
have you got legal cover? if so get them onto it
Going have a look don't no if i have got legal but will they be bothered as claim not gone through them.Ihave been in similar position before where went through other persons insurance n the courtesy car had to go on your insurance but they would not insure it as not claimed through them.
but if BS Marsons never carried out the work why does that make them a bad dealer

...most garages sub-contract bodywork out to local places.They had it back in there own supposedfiat accredited body shop to rectify and made it worse infact the boss j marson said refering to the silicone reaction its a special wax and the fact they say its a good job n like i say bodge the car on the other side to try to cover it up. plus got engineer to back me up.They just don't care once they had your money.The other thing back in 2004 they scraped my brand new alloys n never owned up to it so its not the first time.
