This is the newish edition, I got him when he was condemned at his last mot due to rust and a long list of other things. The owner decided to move on to a newer car but didn't want it just crushed so I got it

I haven't had a look under it but a mechanic where it was being stored put it in the air and said its rotten all the way down both sides I must say it doesn't FEEL to bad picking around but I didn't see it in the air so not sure yet. I'm hoping to save it but will make a call once I've had a proper look at him.

if he does have to go to panda heaven he'll be able to keep others going, but I really hope to keep him as I have a plan in mind for him anyway, here he is....

Save the Selecta!

I've found mine to be a really great little car, it drives better on the motorway and uphills than the manual models I have.

Really didn't expect to like it as much as I do!

Indeed! With the 16v punto I inherited I'd like to make something like this beauty, he already has the black bottom half so maybe it's a sign :worship:
I'm feeling that the alloys need to be gold though... maybe
