General Breakdown choices

Hi,

Anyone used any of the breakdown services yet? The reason I ask - as part of Fiat warranty I think we all get full AA European cover, BUT as part of the Connect contract, isn't Europ Assistance used instead? Or do they just call out the AA.....

Basically, do you press the Connect button, or do you phone from the mobile to the AA?

One thing worth checking is that you have been registered with the AA/Fiat Assistance by your dealer. I checked before going on holiday last year only to find that the dealer had not passed on my details and they had no record of my car.

Good point, Keggers. I will check. BUT I know I have received confirmation that includes a pop-out card for your car [see some older thread from Poggy if I recall]. Hopefully this means all forms all registered.......

Can't really contribute to this one - my car is a fleet leased vehicle with cover by the fleet company anyway (and they prefer us to use them even when a car does have its own arrangements)....
