So in my opinion the old girl needed a few bits before her MOT so set set about gathering a few parts as follows

Front
Bilstein B6 shocks
TRW wish bones
Febi drop links with powerflex bushes
Eibach springs
Full set of Fiat Coupe Hel braided lines
2 new driveshafts

Rear
Bilstein B6 rear shocks
Powder coated subframe
Poly mounting bushes
Powder coated Fiat coupe Trailing arms
Genuine Fiat trailing arm bearing kit
Fiat Coupe Bump stops
Alfa Romeo GTV rear calipers
New HGT slide pins for carriers
2x new wheel bearings
2x abs sensors
Stainless steel brake backing plates powder coated in black from FCSS
Arches and rear floor were all sand blasted, surface treated, primed, 2 coats of black Hammerite and 4 coats of 3M Shultz

Whole process took me 2 days but was well worth it and looking presentable ......

Any thoughts ???

So after passing its MOT a few weeks back it was treated to a day out at the Bruntingthorpe Proving Grounds courtesy of Auto Italia Magazine as parts of a shoot about 3 gens of Fiat Hot hatch to be featured in the now realesed October edition of the magazine, here are just a Few pics taken the the awesome photographer(and slightly mad) Michael Ward ...

Afterwards we were even aloud a few laps of the proving grounds an a couple of top speed runs of which i managed 139mph verified by GPS .......not bad for a 21year old Fiat ......MW2_6778.JPGMW1_1231.JPGMW1_1539.JPGMW2_6792.JPGMW1_1242.JPGMW1_1246.JPGMW1_1320.JPGFB_IMG_1570654892948.jpegMW2_6788.JPGFB_IMG_1566007682383.jpeg20190816_124923.jpeg20190816_130915.jpegAI_285.jpeg
