just sprayed this colour on my front wing after fixing a dent, but it came out a little bit lighter. The body shop thats doing the worked looked on my code from the boot, which is 169A in there book it said that is was rosso red and i notice in the bravo-guide launch brouche it said that 169A was enamel red, they have sent off my fuel flap so that they can match the colour thats on it to get the right shade. Has anyone had any trouble matching this colour?

i just joined this forum..and have been looking through the threads...i too have a red bravo, one of the original Fiat press fleet, and can say about the problems matching the red 169A paintwork...it does like all red cars tend to fade..or get darker as it did in the case of my particular car...(y) solution in my case was to use the alfa romeo red...which was actually closer!

Unfortunately red is one of the hardest to match up after a few years in the sun. Same with yellow.

The bodyshop have probably done it as it would have looked coming out of the showroom but nfortunately the rest of your car probably doesnt.

Hope you sort it soon
