bravo dash board--what to use to clean to keep it matt finish and streak free what seems like a rubber material

Currently reading:
bravo dash board
all purpose cleaner (flash from the supermarket will do at a push)
weak mix 1 cap to 5 ltrs if its not that dirty
microfiber cloth well wrung out and frequently rinsed
then buff dry with a dry microfiber
most dash cleaners leave a shine
although autoglym vinyl applied sparingly then buffed off before it dries doesn't shine as much
