Mad as it might sound, try swapping the rh and LH bulbs. There are some strange things that can happen if a bulb has a fault, and it could be the one that works that is causing the problem!

multiecu scan can operate the bulbs directly through the computer ECU so a test using this is the first place to start. It should highlight any faults present.

Good luck

Check bulb holders and plug connections are clean and not loose as suggested already.

Check the supply wires have a voltage and what happens when the bulb goes off.

Check and clean earth wire and body connection.

Check that the off side feed, across from the near side is properly connected. I am pretty sure one side and I think its the o/s feeds its power from the other side of the car.

I have had a broken wire in a harness before and found it by feeling for heat along the harness after operation of the switch / use of the lights. Once the hot spot is found you can cut and rejoin any broken wires.
