Is there a manual way to reset this? :(
I can't get through to fiat till Friday and it came on today, need the car for work :(
Might be able to hold it off then get a forced regen done on Friday, but she does regen quite often so I'm worried :(

No manual way. I take it they're changing the oil for you when resetting it?

How many miles has it been on for and what mileage are you due to do before they get their mits on her?

350 miles left, they've serviced it 3 times I've done it 4 times, and she's just rolled 50'000 miles. 4years old this year, toying with the idea of timing belt done . , .
It's funny as well I couldn't be bothered to change the oil one day and I was there so I got them to do it, not a scheduled service but just drop the oil, and they reset the service indicator for me which was cool, so it's actually done under 8000 miles since last service, :(

Service indicator and oil degration index are 2 different things and not linked. When was the oil last changed (date / mileage)?

45'000 mile by fiat,
Will it really stop the DPF firing, soonest a can get in is Thursday :(

It will eventually, but not straight away. I think I done 150-200 miles on mine when it came up with change oil.

I'd just drive it unless DPF light comes on, but try not to do unnecessary journeys just in case.

Both things reset :D
No more flashing, the garage did say a service info warning shouldn't supersede the DPF function tho?
