bravo 1.8 hlx key resync

hi all does anybody know how to resync the key to the bravo 1.8hlx model (v-reg). the light on the key comes on but its not activating my central locking or alarm. could you please send answers to my email as im away from computer all day..([email protected]) thank you for looking..
