bravo 1.4 mpg??

starting new job soon and its quite far away,i know my bravo 1.4 is a complete joke with mpg,but anyway what does mpg mean in urban and extra urban etc??
at moment i only do city driving so i wont be getting good mpg on my bravo,when i start new job ill be sraight on motorway for 25 miles there and 25 back everyday,whats the mpg for motorway driving on 1.4??

tempted to get rid soon as gunna cost me loads aint it??

Motorway MPG is always better, Urban is plodding around town.

I find that after about 10 mins driving the MPG gets alot better on my 1.6, when its cold it drinks the stuff.

I can get about 37 mpg out my 1.4, if i drive like a total granny everywhere

well at moment my car does'nt even get warm by time im at work or when i go see girlfriend or go to shops so my bravo is drinking the stuff also,maybe when im doing motorway miles it will improve alot when engine is alot hotter
still thinking of maybe getting new shape punto or maybe 1.2 bravo

my 1.6 bravo does really well on fuel if ur gonna change for another bravo either go for a 1.6 or td/jtd they seem to be the best for the speed/economy balance plus they are only insurance group 6/7. the 1.6 is more nimble through the twisties but the td/jtd is a dream for the distance runs
