Technical brava keeps dying

My brava wont hold idle speed during MOT emissions test. if you keep your foot on the pedal say about 3000 revs it decreases idle speed and turns off in a few seconds! please please help me my hairs falling out

Go to a garage and let them connect the Fiat ECU tester to show off all the errors if present!!

I have already been to the garage and done a diagnostic check but no errors present! now their is no fuel cumming to the carb! can hear the pump so il change the fuel filter
