First off this is my first post, joined today so hello!
I have a fiat Brava T reg I got from a garage and it needed the code.
I was instructed to buy the code from a fiat dealer which - joy - I did today at great expence! (well £18!)
So off I toddel and take it home. follow the instructions and... It still displayed safe and wont let me do anything. so in essence the code doesn't work.
I called the dealership up and they said try it one more time and if that doesn't work I would need to take it to an audio specialist to "decode" or "unlock" the radio.
My questions:
1) is this nessercerry? is there another way of doing it?
2)should the code work? if not why not?
3) where do these audio place excist? I have done a qucik google search and found not alot!
Any help and advice much needed and greatly appreciated!
