Hi comrades is it true that it can remove fine scratches from glass therefore its similar to jewellers rouge so its possible to remove scratches from windscreen :eek:

Nope.

Don't go anywhere near your car with Brasso, unless it's on a stainless steel exhaust.

AutoGlym Glass Polish is very good however it won't remove scratches from glass, no by-hand product will. Glass is very tough.

I have heard of people using it to remove that horrible yellow coating that you somtimes get on headlights but I wouldnt use it on a windscreen. Its basically a very fine grinding paste I would imagine it would just scratch you glass even more.

the guy uses Blackfire Fine Cut Aluminium Polish (with a rotary polisher), to polish the window, not remove scratches

as said, glass is very tough, if they are fine just leave them, if they become a concern, go see Gavin from Autoglass (y)
