Technical Brake proportioning valve

Hi,

My Tempra SW has just failed it's MOT due to a seized rear brake proportioning valve. Does anyone know how easy these are to remove and refurbish?

I would buy a new one, but they're £121.00 according to the parts CD & it's just not worth it.

dont know for that car but there usually not too hard to remove. you may be able to free it as they tend not to get compressed much and as such seize in position

your in for some fun ive done 2 the pipes sometimes break off and you have to be double jointed to get above the tank garages take the tank out anyway have fun and remember to soak all the brake pipe ends
