Technical Brake failure

In a world that looks more like a movie rather than real life, yesterday took little car to the super market since this is our only entertainment left. When i pushed the brake for the first time braking was very limited so i pushed harder (pedal went almost all the way in) but still got the 30%. Released brake pedal and pushed it again and braking became normal as before
All brake parts, pump, cylinders, pads etc are not more than two years old and no leaks observed, also had to move car for five days. Any ideas of what might have happened?

If there is no visible fluid leak, then that would suggest Master Cylinder. Can happen to a new MC too. Happed to me with a MC that was less than six months old. Replaced it with another new one and so far so good.

I think you are right, there is not much parts to replace anyway so just bought one today and replace it within the week.
