Hi Everyone! I'm looking to replace the brake calipers on my 1979 2000. Has anyone installed this particular brand of brake caliper. I've seen the OEM option on Midwest Bayless but am curious about these: Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi ,

I think you’d really need the full kit - caliper, carriers and discs/rotors.
I’ve messed around a lot with trying to upgrade brakes and stay within the standard wheel size, more modern Fiat parts, vented brakes even 4 pot calipers and for the time and cost I would have been better off staying with the standard caliper but with really good quality pads.
If it’s just for road use stay with original would be my advice.

I just bought the Vicks Kit for my '76 - thus far its great. Easy install and decent pricing. Calipers, pads, rotors, lines and mounting bracket.
