bored with hgt

hi, ive had my 155 hgt for a couple of months, its a red 99(V), small things are going wrong with it. the heated rear window appears to be going rusty inside the glass along the heating strips, the heated seats have stopped working and every time i drive it i wish it was faster(the engine sounds great but doesnt move like it sounds), is there any way ofmaking it quicker, i know superchips are expensive but do they improve performance at all? also would i have to get a full exhaust(manifold-decat etc..)to improve performance? if so how much is a full supersprint?

any help would be greatly appreciated
