How much smaller is the boot of the 3 door than a Mw please.

Shadeyman, I know you have a 3 door kicking about, Any chance of a pic between your 2 when you have a chance.

Couple of very nice 3 door 150's kicking about at £3000 and am very tempted!!!

3dr -Luggage Capacity (Seats Up)305
Luggage Capacity (Seats Down)1002

MW - Luggage Capacity (Seats Up)510
Luggage Capacity (Seats Down)1480

There's a big difference, your Springers will stop loving you if you cram them into the boot of a 3dr. ;)

I know you don't mind getting you hands dirty so have you considered transplanting a 150bhp engine into you multiwagon?

I'd be very interested to see that done?

The donor car could be Fiat or Alfa for the engine but using a Fiat may make things easier with regards to the electronics.

I'd love a 150bhp engine in my Multiwagon ...

if the current engine ever dies then yeah i might consider something else but i've always been quite happy with the umph the current one delivers. 115 with chip is probably all the stilo multiwagon really needs any more and the handling might get a bit iffy.

one thing i wish they had sold is a jtd auto stilo like in the croma be nice sometimes to just be lazy and not bother with gear changes.

Maybe even the Fiat/Alfa 2.4 20v unit. Just think of the 210 Bhp and 425 Nm of torque!

poor stilo would explode and fall apart like one of those clown cars. my stilo's not a bad car but it's not built to be a track car or boy racered up beast. it's a nice practical comfy estate with squishy suspension.

no way the stupidly designed stilo wishbones would cope with 210bhp being put through them they'd just die the first time you put your foot down.
