General Bonnet cable problem

Hi Guys and gals my bonnet cable which opens the bonnet from underneath the steering column has snapped does anyone out there know where i can get one as they are proving hard to find. It is for a 1998 2.0l turbo. Thanks in advance

All I did was replace the inner with a bicycle brake cable. Does the job perfectly and only cost me £2. I had a quote from a coupe breaker for a 2nd hand cable and he wanted £50. Needless to say he was told no.
