Technical Body Control Module

Hi, I have Fiat Ducato 250, 3.0 160 MJ Power. The van is not in best shape with electronics, I think that Body Control Module has been replaced. So the van is 2009 year. It has immo off pretty sure, immobiliser lamp is illuminated all the time, and van starts with only metal key part. So I don't know why previous owner did that, I have around 10 fault codes in Body Control Module for system that vehicle doesn't even have, like: air suspension, rain sensor, AC.... So I think BCM has been replaced with newer one. I want to get rid of that codes, flashing millage, hood open message even the van doesn't have hood sensor... So is there way that I can like reprogram, or relearn BCM to let it know what systems it has, and systems it doesn't have? And if the answer is reprograming it, then can I please get info about what tools and software to use. In attached file you can see fault codes. TY
