General Bluetooth radio, the cable problem

Hi

I bought a "Welltech" Mp3, bluetooth radio from LIDL, (fantastic value only €109!) works great, except the settings that i have to adjust everytime i turn it on. Did anyone buy this radio and solved this problem by any chance?

There is also a bluetooth cable, that i need to connect at the back of radio and then attach the other end anywhere on the dash (white circle on the pic).
The question is what parts of the dash would i have to take off, to slide the cable in and out ? Is there any space inside just to put it in and pull the other end out?

i cant help with the calbe but i can tell you why you lose the settings!

you need to switch the red and yellow wires over on the ISO block then it will keep its memory

blue tooth goes through plastic dash boards happily enough so dont think you need to have it visible. try having it hidden behind dash and see if it works, i'm sure it will.

And how the hell do u take those wires out from the ISO block ? Tried 4 an hour and gave up :bang:

Thx for reply jug, but would u know exactly where it could go thru? I tried myself but couldnt slide it anywhere . Not quite enough space to work around , a bit claustrophobic could say.

Would be happier to take few bits off and then put it in. Would anyone know or did it b4?

taking the pins from the ISO block is fiddley, pretty sure i did it with a couple of paper clips and my mates help lol.

you have to press in the retaining bits on the pinsthen pull it out, if all else fails snip the wires and add plugs which is what i have on my sony one.
