Technical Bluetooth not connecting

Hi, I have a 2008 Scudo Panorama & I'm have problems connecting a bluetooth device. When I go into the bluetooth configuration & scroll down the options the "search for bluetooth devices" is ghosted out, then the device name comes up on screen & it asks if I want to connect yes/no, I click yes, but it does not connect. Any advice?

Assuming this is a 2nd hand vehicle, I think the Blue&Me system can anly pair with a max of 2 devices, and it's likely that the previous owners' devices haven't been removed from the system memory. I'm not sure how to do this, but if you look in the Downloads section you should be able to find the relevant handbook.
