Grande Punto Bluetooth issues

Hi folks. I've got a grande punto multijet with the blaupunkt head unit and suddenly it's not letting me use Bluetooth to make or receive calls, my odometer is flashing and when I'm playing music from my USB stick rather than saying media player on the head unit it says AUX and I can't skip tracks. Also I can't use voice commands or anything.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

It will need a proxy alignment by fiat, but firstly try disconnecting the battery for 20 mins then connect it back up and see if it goes back to its factory settings.
